Its the thing that revolves around people who find a dome in their own belly region , yeah!  exactly the obeese thing.Being obeese concerns everyone right from immature 15 to more mature 50.And mostly we dont take this thing of being overweight in a healthy way but in the cosmetic play of our stature.Hmm lets begin with the unhealthy hazards that are clumped within overweight problem which usually plumps out with a most life threatening conditions of human life.Yeah Diabetes(2nd type),heart dieseases(CHD),hypertension,sleep apnea and respiratory problems are those culprits that threaten life when obeese.And secondly moving to cosmetic appeal , fatty flock attract more customers but not fatty appearance pleases many(So beware TEENS !!),many may feel this way beacause its not a non – christian yelling halleluah thing , its an information of purity with definite clarity from the brains of ancient intelligence.

So far happened cant be erased back , both back in your overweight thing and my writing beacuse both has a factor in common , the treasurous time.But there are ways you could be on way back to your past presence , i mean it in a physical way only.Just go consult a nearby medical officer and have his prescriptions done is what most do and never think of what they are really made of.You get a list of tiresome things to be done likewise using a belt , even medication may be prescribed.All this not even stands before the natural way of medication.Have a thorough look over the steps mentioned below and choose what is more swift and a easy way for your burdensome to become a

1.Drink plenty of water :

Water may not taste as BEER, but may be a great tool in drilling down your big belly .Drink as much water as you could everyday.Most probably have a full glass of water before having food and even have many a sip at water during eating beacause this fills almost of your gigantic desire to eat OBZ’s.


2.No sweet Drinks:

Cola’s and Pepsi’s are are great to have a sip at but not to your overweight issue beacuse it ships more calories , sugars to the body.So just try avoiding them and if you couldn’t wholely get yourself into this thing all of a sudden then a small cup of sweet drinks once every fortnight may serve good for both your palatability and weight reducing regimes.


3.Eat/3hours:

Not to mention eating junk foods but have an apple , orange or other fruits as an connecting link between the tiffan and lunch and dinner.Better instead of fresh juices raw fruits should be preferred because juices contain sugar content inorder to maintain a sweetness in the juice.Fish is a nice replacement for poultry and flesh meal item’s as it does not add to cholesterol content and indeed more nutritional.Eventhough if you are fond of vegetables make them your favourite if you are to seriously challenge overweight.



4.Physical workout :

Instead of sitting idle in front of TV and sticking onto joystics in playstations better get yourself done in some sport frequently and burn some calories with the advent of fun and joy.Also do work out on a exercising schedule and better watch to get sticked to it without no word of excuse.Practice the habbit of jogging in the early morning and even at evenings is also a apt time to do so.


Practice these things and when these are done for quite a while you might yourself find some difference in your body conditions.
